Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

Exorous offers a Free tier so you can explore the platform without a credit card. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time, and you are only charged once you start a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Credits

Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. Unused credits do not roll over and are not refundable. Credits consumed through scans, analyses, or generation are non-refundable once used.

4. Credit Top-Ups

One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If you purchase a top-up in error before using any credits, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your request.

5. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical failure on our end prevented you from using the Service during a paid period
  • You were charged in error due to a billing system fault

To request an exception, contact us at billing@exorous.com within 14 days of the charge in question.

6. Annual Plans

If annual billing is introduced, cancellations within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund provided no credits have been used. After that window, no refunds are issued for annual plans.
